Job Description

The objective of the role is to offer customer service portfolio to customers located in an efficient, accurate and pro-active way.


  • Representing supply chain in Egypt to handle/provide supply chain customer service support to Egypt customers.
  • Supporting the local Key account managers in case of new business initiation & implementation phase with all necessary input with respect to supply chain in order to win the business with smooth process implementation.
  • Monitor and control customer forecast planning file in order have order as per forecast, balance stock level, customer consumption and VMI (Vendor management inventory) in later stage.
  • Support customers on inventory planning and responsible for the stock level hold for customers and relevant KPIs
  • Suggest orders to customers as per forecast planning file data.
  • Responsible for end-to-end customer service and complete order & Shipment processing, reporting & dashboard.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer order/pack fill rates, create strong exception order identification and resolution processes, also identify and use order pattern in planning.
  • Provide support to Egypt Customers in terms of different Logistics options.
  • Highlight opportunities & constraints from SCM point of view, and customer service implications.
  • Establishing and coordinating regular communication with all relevant stakeholders for supply chain inside and outside the company and the country when appropriate.
  • Lead Periodic Conference Calls with regional SCM & KSA.
  • Responsible to deliver monthly targets.
  • Accountable for customer satisfaction through timely delivery of FG and documents.
  • Plan and control new design process with customer and company.


Job Requirement

1. Essential: Min. 2-4 years of working experience as customer service or sales coordinator in packaging industry or Multinational FMCG company.

Desired: >1 year of team management experience

 2. Computer Knowledge:

Microsoft Office


 3. Languages required to be known:

English and Arabic. German and/or French would be a plus.

 4.Legally required skills:

Ability to travel with AME region.


Required educational qualifications

1. Qualification

Essential: B.S. in business or commerce.

Desired: Master’s Degree in Business Administration. 

2. Computer Knowledge:

Microsoft Office

Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with employees at all levels of the organization.
